Conception of an exhibition telling the history of the wood exploitation in Gruyères région, the industrial reality of yesterday and today.
An interractive section invites to discover the diversity of woods, their sensual qualities and the knowledge behind the conception of ancient and contemporary wood objects.
Sculpted wood, furniture, objects and models demonstrate how wood has been considered successively as traditionnal, patriotic, modern, ecological.
