L’Ecal, école cantonale d’art de Lausanne, a invité 50 designers internationaux à revisiter cet objet symbolique de la culture paysanne. L’exposition a été montrée à Milan en 2002, puis a voyagé pendant plusieurs années.
Mon botte-cul est confortable et léger. On le porte, on l’oublie. Il est une extension du corps plutôt qu’un objet.

Ecal, university of art and design of Lausanne, invited 50 international designers to redesign this symbolic object of farming culture. The exhibition was first shown in Salone de mobile 2002 in Milano, before touring for many years.
My botte-cul is lightweight and comfortable. On wear it, then one forget it. It becomes an extension of the body rather than an objet.
